SPRINT 01
Off-hire damage capture and defect reporting
When kit comes back to the yard, damage and defects need to be captured cleanly, with evidence, before the customer disputes the charge or the record gets lost in a WhatsApp thread.
What we build: An off-hire inspection flow built for the device used on the job. Structured forms, photo evidence in every step, defect logging with timestamps, signed PDFs generated on the spot. The handover document goes to the customer the same day, archived against the asset record so disputes have a single source of truth.
SPRINT 02
Hire agreement and asset status
Hire desks need to know what's out, what's back, what's ready, and what's under repair, without phoning the yard or chasing notes.
What we build: A fleet visibility layer that sits alongside your existing hire software. Each asset moves through clear states: on hire, returned, under inspection, ready, off-fleet. Dashboard visibility for the hire desk, role-scoped views for the yard, and a clean audit trail of who changed what and when. Your hire software still handles contracts and scheduling. This layer keeps the team aligned on where each machine actually is, in real time.

SPRINT 03
Operator records and certification tracking
If your operators go out with the machines, their tickets, plant qualifications, and renewal dates need to live somewhere searchable, with alerts before they expire and proof on demand.
What we build: For hire businesses that send operators out with the kit, we build a central record for those operators and their certifications. Expiry alerts before tickets lapse, qualified-kit matching so you know which operator can run which machine, and compliance reports on demand for customers, insurers, or auditors. One search, one source of truth.

HOW THE SPRINT RUNS
Focused. Fixed scope. Fixed price.
Most sprints finish in 1-2 weeks from kickoff. Scope is agreed before the deposit, price before kickoff, and there's a two-week satisfaction guarantee from delivery.
Discovery and design
We map the workflow with you, confirm the scope, and agree the delivery date in writing. Kickoff happens at the end of discovery with the 50% deposit.
Build and preview
Build runs after kickoff with regular check-ins, working previews along the way, and a delivery review at the end. The remaining 50% is invoiced at delivery sign-off.
Satisfaction guarantee
Two-week guarantee from sign-off. If the build doesn't fit, we keep working at no extra cost until it does. After that, ongoing support is optional.

Most projects we do are small focused sprints. Bigger projects exist, and we'll do them, but bigger projects are priced separately. The same team builds them, same fixed price approach.
